The rates of physical inactivity and obesity among Canadian children are alarming. We all need to teach children how to make healthier choices today and develop lifelong healthy habits.

AstraZeneca Canada and Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada) have joined forces to create At My Best^TM, a new school-based wellness program aimed at children from Kindergarten to Grade Three.

The ultimate goal of At My Best is to help every child thrive by focusing on three key areas: physicial activity, nutrition and emotional well-being. Our vision is healthy, happy children on their way to a healthy, happy future.
